Beatriz Araiza

Beatriz Araiza is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and education. Currently serving as a CX Customer Delivery Leader at Cisco since April 2012, Beatriz has held various roles including CX Professional Services Manager and Project Manager. Additionally, Beatriz teaches yoga at Yoga Alliance and previously worked as a Babywearing Dance Teacher, emphasizing physical and emotional bonding through movement. Early career experience includes roles such as PR & Community Manager at Khoreos and project analysis positions at COMUNICACIONES NEXTEL DE MÉXICO, S.A. DE C.V. and Nortel. Beatriz holds a Master of Business Administration from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Information Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside a Licenciatura en educación Dancística in Contemporary Dance from Escuela Nacional de Danza Nellie y Gloria Campobello.
