Charlotte Raich, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of yoga and project management. Charlotte founded and managed Serenity Within Yoga, where they trained over 1,000 yoga teachers and organized various classes and workshops. Later, they joined Yoga Alliance as Business Development and Events Manager, where they developed and implemented strategies for an online education platform and represented the company at key events. Charlotte then transitioned to Senior Member Support Manager, where they led a team in implementing Salesforce and optimizing customer service. After that, they became Senior Manager Membership Marketing, where they analyzed marketing performance and managed sponsorships and benefit programs. Currently, they serve as the Director of IT Projects and Portfolio Management at Yoga Alliance, spearheading high-impact projects and driving decision-making based on data analytics.

Charlotte Raich, PMP holds a Master's degree in Health Promotion Management and Administration from Marymount University, specializing in Public Health Administration. Charlotte has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2021.
