Jenny Rowlands

Jenny Rowlands is an experienced professional in the fields of psychotherapy, coaching, and education, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently self-employed and holding multiple roles, Jenny serves as a Psychotherapeutic Therapist at CPCAB, an Accredited Master Life Coach and Life Coach Trainer with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, and a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Previously, Jenny contributed to Surrey County Council as a Programme Lead, specializing in the development of induction programs for social workers, and held academic positions at Royal Holloway, University of London, and Kingston University.
