Lorena Lerda

Lorena Lerda is the founder of weyog, an online yoga studio established in November 2020, and serves as a yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance since March 2020. Lorena has extensive experience as a sports coach, holding roles at Neoness and CMG Sports Club since 2018, and previously taught yoga at Neoness Live from July 2020 to July 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bpjeps af in sports training obtained from the Institut des métiers de la forme and ongoing studies for a license in Letters and Communication at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3, alongside a degree in Pilates.
