Merryn Spence

Merryn Spence is a dedicated healthcare professional and advocate with extensive experience in patient care, wellness, and community support. Currently serving as a Patient Care Advocate at Heading Health and as a Connections facilitator at Juniper, Merryn focuses on end-of-life care for the elderly. As the Founder and Integration Specialist at Entheogration, Merryn provides holistic support for individuals integrating altered states of consciousness. This role is complemented by experience as a Salonniere at Yoni Circle, where Merryn fosters community through women's circles, and as an E-RYT Yoga Instructor affiliated with Yoga Alliance, providing trauma-informed yoga. Previous roles include Patient Care Coordinator at SoundMind Institute, Harm Reduction Advocacy Director at Young People in Recovery, and Substitute Teacher at Waldorf School of Pittsburgh. Merryn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Global Health Studies and Community and Justice Studies from Allegheny College and is pursuing an MSc in Psychology at the University of Exeter.
