Nitika Gambhir

Nitika Gambhir is an experienced Yoga Instructor and Teacher currently working at Benchmark Group and Breathe Yoga Studio since July and September 2023, respectively. With a strong background in yoga therapy, Nitika has served as a Yoga Therapy Mentor at The Yoga Institute Mumbai since June 2018, guiding teachers in Anatomy, Physiology, Stress Management, and Wellness. Additionally, Nitika conducts workshops on Diet and Nutrition through Diet & Nutrition Workshops and offers private consultations as a Yoga Therapist and Wellness Consultant. A certified ERYT500 instructor with Yoga Alliance since April 2013, Nitika specializes in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, focusing on workouts and relaxation. Nitika's educational qualifications include multiple certifications in Yoga and Wellness from esteemed institutions, contributing to a robust foundation in the field.
