Rajni Chada

Rajni Chada is an experienced senior manager at Amazon, responsible for leading the Product Lifecycle Support Program & Operations to minimize avoidable returns and enhance product lifespan. With a strong background in program management and sustainability, Rajni has launched initiatives aimed at promoting environmentally friendly practices and improving customer satisfaction. Previous roles include project manager at Staples, where efforts focused on sales and operations optimization, and studio lead at Design for America, managing a large community and facilitating design-thinking workshops. Rajni holds an Executive Master's in Management of Technology from New York University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
