Renee Groulx currently serves as a GrowthDay Ambassador and has been with Forrester Research since November 2014, where the role as Sr Customer Success Manager focuses on client advocacy and connecting clients with resources to drive business growth. Prior experience includes multiple positions in customer relations and account management across various companies, including Epsilon and DoubleClick, managing substantial annual accounts and teams. Renee is also a part-time yoga instructor at Yoga Alliance and has extensive experience in fitness and wellness, having taught yoga and meditation at various institutions since 1999. Educational qualifications include certifications from PranaShanti Yoga Centre and Rama Lotus Yoga Centre, along with a diploma in Advertising from Sheridan College.
