Rianna R. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and yoga instruction. Since June 2016, Rianna has been a Yoga Instructor at Yoga Alliance, focusing on mindfulness and yoga classes aimed at supporting mental health. Prior to this, Rianna served as Head of Customer Success at EG from January 2018 to March 2025, where leadership of a seven-member team led to the management of a £10M book of business and a successful 10% retention increase. Additional roles in customer success at Radius Data Exchange included Agency Manager and Customer Success Manager, with early career experience as a Graduate Business Development Executive. Earlier in 2016, Rianna worked as Fundraising Manager for The Rainforest Trust, contributing to efforts to combat climate change by protecting vital tropical forests. Rianna holds a degree in Production for Live Events and Television from the University of the Arts London.
