Sarah H Brennan is an experienced educator and wellness professional with a diverse background in mathematics instruction and holistic health practices. Currently serving as a Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing and a Meditation Instructor at Tonic Mind, Sarah integrates mindfulness into her work to enhance focus and reduce stress. With a strong foundation in mathematics education, Sarah has tutored various levels of math since 2001, achieving significant improvements in students' ACT scores.
