What is the benefit of Yoga on the workfloor?
Offering an alternative to deal with stress in a positive way. You’ll have to admit that our current way of working and living does not benefit our well-being: the whole day bent at our desk, running from one meeting to another.
we are expected to do more in less time, with less personnel,…Moreover, we will all have to work longer and will benefit less from measures to interrupt our career temporarily Employers expect more from employees... employees search for a way to cope with pressure.. … Time for a change?!
