About Yoga Moves Us
Yoga Moves Us is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building healthier, more connected communities through accessible, donation-based yoga. Founded on the belief that yoga should be available to all—regardless of age, ability, income, or background—we partner with local teachers, parks, and organizations to offer free yoga classes in public spaces across Sacramento and surrounding areas.

We are powered by passionate volunteers and local ambassadors who bring the practice of yoga to life—on the mat and in the community. Our classes support physical well-being, mental health, and social connection, making wellness a shared, inclusive experience.

Our Mission:
To uplift and unite our community by making yoga accessible, equitable, and welcoming for everyone.

What We Offer:
🧘‍♂️ Free, public yoga classes across parks and community spaces
🌳 A supportive network of local yoga teachers and volunteers
🤝 Collaborative partnerships with health-focused nonprofits and civic organizations
🌟 Special events, festivals, and community wellness initiatives

Join us in spreading the movement—because when yoga moves us, it moves our communities forward.
