Sarah Watson is the Creator of Calm at The Restoration Project, where Sarah empowers restoration through coaching, consulting, and workshops. Sarah is also a Project Extraordinaire + Writer at Signature Z, LLC, and a Yoga Teacher in training at YogaFit. Additionally, Sarah has held various roles at companies such as Kids on Course, Clickstop, Inc., and Transamerica. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Management, and Communications from Mount Mercy University.
