Dearbhla Kelly, M.A., is an accomplished writer and yoga teacher with extensive experience in both fields. As a yoga educator, Dearbhla teaches advanced asana and vinyasa flow classes at Red Diamond Yoga and Center For Yoga, Inc., while also conducting private sessions tailored to individual needs.
