Jefferson Nesello

Jefferson Nesello is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Zaxo M&A Partners, where they leverage their extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business mentoring. Currently, they serve on the boards of multiple organizations, including Leão Máquinas and Yogha. Jefferson has held various leadership roles, including Management Committee member positions at several companies and co-founding ventures such as C2H Connection and iContract. They have also contributed as a Financial Mentor at Cinco Incubadora e Aceleradora. With a background in business and finance, Jefferson holds a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul and a post-graduation degree from FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas.
