Joseph Bota

Joseph Bota has a long and successful career in sales. Joseph began their career at Kraft Foods Group in 1987, where they held various roles such as Space Management & Insights Specialist, Category Manager for Kroger and Winn Dixie, Key Sales Representative, and Sales Representative. In 2000, they were promoted to Sales Manager for the Quad State Area, where they were responsible for a $60MM sales portfolio and 18 direct reports. From 2004 to 2017, they worked at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they held roles such as Customer Retail Manager, Customer Category Manager for Kroger Corporate and Harris Teeter, and Customer Category Manager for Oscar Mayer meat. In 2017, they joined Yogi Tea as National Account Manager. Throughout their career, Joseph has driven GSV, NSV, ROI and share growth, identified incremental business opportunities, negotiated trade agreements, created and presented new item initiatives, developed sales forecast projections, and developed and executed short and long-term business strategies.
