Mattheus Biondi

Mattheus Biondi has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Cooked Food Department at PT. Akur Pratama, a division of Yogya Group, since March 2015. Responsibilities include managing a variety of ready-to-eat products, budgeting, pricing, team building, and supplier negotiations. Previous roles at the same company include Chief of Cooked Food Department and Project Manager for Japanese Cooked Food, where Mattheus developed new product lines such as sushi and ramen. Early career experience includes a Public Relations internship at Parahyangan Catholic University. Mattheus holds a Master of Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
