Kim Danford has a diverse range of experience in the recruiting industry. Kim started their career as an Executive Recruiter at The Mergis Group, where they focused on search and placement of accounting and finance talent. After that, they joined Maxsys Solutions as a Lead Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT roles such as QA, BA, PM, and Director Level positions. Currently, they are working at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company as a Lead Recruiter.

Kim Danford attended The University of Memphis from 2002 to 2005. There, they pursued a degree in Communications with a specialization in Broadcasting.
