Site Reliability Engineer at Yohana

Dackota Johnson has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Dackota began their career as a System Administrator at Infusionsoft, where they managed user accounts, group policies and access rights over the network. Dackota also implemented a monitoring solution across all devices and wrote scripts to assist with inventory management, new user setup and user teardown processes. In 2018, they joined Keap as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they designed and implemented CI/CD process for updating and deploying infrastructure in the cloud using Infrastructure as code (IaC) with RHEL/CentOS, Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Github Actions, Python and Bash. Dackota also helped implement SRE/DevOps practices across the organization with focus on resilience, scaling, performance, and SLOs. Dackota implemented New Relic monitoring solutions at the server and application level in order to increase visibility into day-to-day operations and issues. Currently, Dackota Johnson is employed at Yohana as a Site Reliability Engineer.

Dackota Johnson attended Chandler/Gilbert Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate's degree.
