Ole Bæk

Ole Bæk currently serves as VP and Regional Sales Director at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires since October 2015, overseeing the Alliance and Galaxy portfolios in the Nordics, the UK, Ireland, and France. Prior to this role, Ole held the position of General Manager for OTR/Industrial/Construction, responsible for P&L management and business unit performance. Ole's earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Director for Alliance Tire Group in Europe, Director of Sales and Marketing at Armstrong World Industries, and Sales Director for Europe at FlexiForce. With a background in general management at InnoVinci and various roles at Avery Dennison, Ole has leveraged a strong educational foundation, including an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a B.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
