The Refrigerated Warehouse segment is engaged in the provision of chilled and refrigerated storage services for marine, farm and agriculture products, as well as the related business. The Food Sales segment is engaged in the processing, sale, import and export of marine, farm and agricultural products. The Others segment is engaged in the real estate leasing business. As of September 30, 2014, the Company had four consolidated subsidiaries, two non-consolidated subsidiaries and two associated companies.
