Tracy Maclear is an accomplished marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience in the tire industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global Marketing & Strategy for OTR at The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. since June 2025, Tracy has held a variety of leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including Head of Business Insights for the Europe, Middle East & Africa regions, and Off Highway Marketing & Business Development Manager. Tracy's career at Goodyear began in 1997, progressing through several positions in marketing and strategic planning. Tracy’s early experience includes a role as a Trainee Accountant at Deloitte. Tracy completed a degree at Nelson Mandela University from 1994 to 1998.
