Vladislava Kozakova

Vladislava (Vladka) Kozakova currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., where responsibilities include driving HR strategy across various divisions to enhance the off-highway business and supporting HR teams with best practices.
