Francesco Scarnati

Francesco Scarnati is an experienced Raw Materials Purchasing Director at Yokohama TWS since April 2025, focusing on commercial negotiations for raw materials across global plants in Europe, Asia, North America, and Brazil. Prior to this role, Francesco held the position of Purchasing Manager at Trelleborg Wheel System from March 2006 to May 2023, where responsibilities included negotiating for raw materials and tire molds for worldwide operations. Francesco's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Buyer at Valeo from August 2004 to February 2006, where raw material negotiations for the Pianezza plant were managed, and as a Buyer at GM-FIAT WWP from October 2001 to July 2004, contributing to the sourcing of electrical components. Francesco holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Università della Calabria, completed in 1998.
