Khoa Pham is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of YOLA, an organization dedicated to empowering Vietnamese students with essential skills and qualifications for international competitiveness, established in January 2009. Earlier efforts include co-founding the VietAbroader Organization, serving from December 2003 to December 2011, and working as an Analyst in Investment Banking Division at VinaCapital for a brief period in 2006. Khoa Pham has also held roles at Orvis Company as an E-Commerce Associate in 2005 and as a News Translator at BBC World Service from August 2002 to July 2003. Academically, Khoa Pham earned a Master's degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Bates College, complemented by A-Levels in Economics, Math, and Accounting from Cambridge Tutors College. Additionally, Khoa Pham was awarded the Watson Fellowship from 2007 to 2008.
