Ensar K. has a wealth of experience in the software and media industries. Ensar began their career in 2012 as an Administrative Affairs Trainee at Henkel. In 2013, they moved to Renkli Defter Medya Bilgi Teknolojileri Eğitim Reklam ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. as a Social Media Specialist. In 2014, they founded Labirent Medya. In 2017, they took on the role of Community Organizer at Garajco and also began working as a Full Stack Developer at Freelancer. Ensar currently holds the position of Senior Software Developer at Yolcu360.

Ensar K. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University in 2016. Ensar then attended Bahcesehir University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, which they are still currently studying. In 2014, they obtained a certification from the Linux Kullanıcıları Derneği in Linux Summer Camp 2014.
