Jessica's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where the corporate social responsibility department was co-founded, and holding roles at WGBH Education Foundation, Harvard Kennedy School, and MAC Cosmetics. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University.
