Nick S. is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Yolo Federal Credit Union since December 2018, overseeing a wide range of HR functions including payroll, employee relations, benefits, and DEI initiatives. Prior roles at Yolo Federal Credit Union included Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Specialist, where Nick designed recruiting strategies and implemented recruiting plans. Before transitioning to HR, Nick gained experience in loan processing and customer service at River City Bank and Yolo Federal Credit Union, as well as in various roles at Starbucks and Wells Fargo. Nick holds two Associate's degrees in Human Resources Management and Business/Corporate Communications from Sierra College and Woodland Community College, respectively.
