Jelena Milasinovic has extensive experience in the field of business operations and management. Jelena began their career in 2009 as a Sales Agent for Findomestic Banca SpA. In 2012, they moved to EOS Group (EOS Holding) as a Support and Call Centre. In 2013, they were a Production employee for Muhlbauer AG. In 2014, they were an Assistant to the General Manager and Production Assistant for Muhlbauer Group. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Office Manager for VICE Media. In 2019, they also began working as a Chief Operating Officer for Yolo Technology | YoloBook, where their responsibilities included creating and implementing business procedures, plans and policies, supervising business operations, establishing and promoting mission and vision of the company, leading employees to achieve maximum performance and productivity, and more.

Jelena Milasinovic obtained a Master's degree from the Faculty of Trade and Banking in 2009, specializing in the Economic diplomacy department. Jelena had previously obtained a Bachelor's degree from the same institution in 2008, specializing in the Management of banking department.
