Yirong Tan

Yirong Tan has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they were a co-founder of OOAK, a platform aimed at assisting home bakers in establishing and expanding their businesses. In 2014, OOAK was relaunched as Nomnom, which they co-founded as well. In 2016, Yirong joined Interbrand as an Associate Consultant and gradually progressed to become a Senior Consultant. Yirong then moved to CHV in 2018, where they held the positions of Senior Consultant and later Associate Director, focusing on strategy and experience. Yirong's most recent role is Director — Strategy and Innovation at Yonder Consulting, beginning in 2023.

Yirong Tan completed a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Strategic Management from Singapore Management University in the years 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Yirong has obtained several certifications in areas such as Digital Transformation and Change Management, Dynamic User Experience, Mobile User Experience Design, UI Design Patterns, UX Management, UX Design, Conducting Usability Testing, Human-centered service design, and Creating Innovation.
