Advanced materials are the foundation of human progress. From energy and computing to medicine and transportation, many of the breakthroughs that will define the next century depend on discovering entirely new materials.

Yet materials discovery today is often heavy on hype and light on results. Many AI-driven approaches begin with simulations—generating thousands of theoretical materials and only later attempting to synthesize them in the lab. Too often, these materials prove difficult or impossible to manufacture in the real world.

Yonder takes a different approach.

Instead of starting with equations and hoping reality cooperates, we start with reality itself.

Our automated discovery platform, Leap Lab™, synthesizes and tests real materials in the lab, generating large volumes of high-fidelity experimental data. That data trains our proprietary Large Materials Model, allowing our AI to continuously learn from real-world results and improve with every experiment.

Each cycle of experimentation feeds directly back into the system, helping us rapidly converge on materials that meet a target specification. Because discovery begins under real conditions, manufacturability and scalability are built into every candidate we develop.

The result is a reality-first materials discovery engine capable of finding lab-proven materials in months instead of years—while giving partners clear visibility into progress toward their target.

By embracing the complexity of nature rather than simplifying it, Yonder is unlocking a faster path to the advanced materials that will power the technologies of tomorrow.
