Ineya Bitchoka

Ineya Bitchoka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as the Country Director for Innogence Consulting in the Democratic Republic of Congo since November 2021, Ineya oversees the firm's development in the region. Additionally, since May 2020, Ineya has been a trainer in Sustainable Leadership and Management for Réseau Les Premières and provides consulting services through Uzima Bitchoka. Ineya is actively involved in investment roles with multiple companies, including Yonder, Republic, InvestEngine, Weltio, Moneco, Silicon Roundabout Ventures, and Pi Labs, all since April 2023. Educationally, Ineya is pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Management at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, holding both a Research Master's Degree and a Master's Degree in Financial Markets and Investments from prestigious institutions.
