Chantel Hinson

Chantel Hinson, MS, currently serves as the Director of EHS - Americas at Yondr Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Chantel was the National Safety Director at CPG from October 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive Safety Management System. As the Owner and Principal Consultant of Refined HSE, LLC from May 2020 to July 2025, Chantel specialized in developing and improving safety management systems across various industries. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Antea Group, HSE Director at Wellsite and Naill Oil and Gas Services, and Lead Safety Specialist for the City of Fort Collins. Education includes two Master of Science degrees in Occupational Safety and Health with a concentration in Environmental Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, along with certifications as a Personal Trainer and in OSHA training.
