YONEX CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of sports equipment. The Company operates in two business segments. The Sports Supplies segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of badminton rackets, soft tennis rackets, tennis rackets, golf clubs, snowboards, shuttlecocks and strings, as well as the purchase and sale of sportswear and shoes, among others. The Sports Facilities segment is engaged in the operation of tennis and golf driving ranges, as well as golf courses. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had six subsidiaries.
