Ellie Moon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ellie is currently serving as the Head of Product & Operations at Yoni Circle since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Design Consultant starting from January 2016. Ellie also gained valuable experience in the gaming industry, where they served as an Executive Producer and Studio Director at Sun Machine Games from November 2019 to April 2023. Ellie'searlier experience includes working at Kabam as a Director, Operations (Product & Business) from March 2019 to October 2019, as well as a Director, User Experience and Lead UI & UX Designer. Ellie also contributed as a Mentor at Vancouver Film School from November 2012 to June 2013. Before that, Ellie worked at DDB Canada as an Art Director and Sr. User Interface Designer, as well as in various roles at Vancouver Dodgeball League, Nexon, and Electronic Arts.

Ellie Moon completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Senior Management Certificate in New Media Design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Ellie has also obtained various certifications. These include Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, People Analytics, and Customer Analytics from Coursera and the University of Pennsylvania. Ellie has also completed the Business Foundation program, which covered Finance & Accounting, Microeconomics, Statistic Basics, and Business Basics, through Smartly by Pedago.

Ellie has further certifications in Designing a Business from IDEO, Entrepreneurship 101 from MaRS Discovery District, Foundation of Business Strategy from Coursera and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Introduction to Neuroeconomics from Coursera and the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Neuroeconomics: How the Brain Makes Decisions from Coursera, and UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
