Samuel H. Echipare

Samuel H. Echipare is an experienced procurement and project controls professional with a robust background in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Procurement Agent at Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. since June 2021, Samuel has previously held the position of Procurement Officer at Halmar International, focusing on the MTA LIRR 3rd Track Project. Prior experience includes roles as Project Controls Coordinator at Skanska, where contributions were made to significant projects such as the LaGuardia Airport CTB Replacement and the Columbia University Manhattanville Expansion, and as a Field Engineer on the MTA 2nd Avenue Subway.
