Fabrice Haiat

Fabrice Haiat is the co-founder and CEO of YOOBIC, a company that enables companies with a deskless workforce in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, warehousing, construction and more to empower their employees through digitally optimized communication, training and process management.

Born in France, Fabrice started their career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Fabrice then went on to become the CEO of VIZELIA, a company specializing in online business solutions. In 2005, they began teaching at ESSEC Business School, where they remained until 2012.

In 2012, Fabrice joined Schneider Electric as the Director of Energy Management Services for France. Fabrice was promoted to VP of Professional Services - Global Sales in 2013. Fabrice left Schneider Electric in October 2013 to co-found YOOBIC.

YOOBIC is based in New York, London, Paris, Tel Aviv, Sao Paulo, and Milan, with more than 200 employees. The company is used by 150+ brands & retailers across the world including Kate Spade, Puma, Clarins, BurgerFi, Yankee Candle, Adore Me, Pixi Beauty, Lacoste, Peugeot, and Kenzo.

Fabrice Haiat has an engineer's degree in information technology from CentraleSupelec - Ecole Centrale Paris, and is a chartered surveyor with the MRICS. Fabrice also has a DESS MMI in real estate from ESSEC Business School.
