Kawê Fauster has held various roles in the digital and creative space since 2015. In 2015, they were an Assessor of Communication for ENCEJ 2015. In 2016, they were Vice President of Adapti - Soluções Web, as well as an Assessor of Marketing and an Ambassador for Campus Mobile. In 2017, they were the Coordinator General for JuniorES - Federação das Empresas Juniores do Espírito Santo. In 2018, they were Head of Digital for Storche Comunicação Integrada and Gestor of Communication for Brasil Júnior - Confederação Brasileira de Empresas Juniores. In 2019, they were Videomaker and Designer Freelancer for Autônomo and Videomaker for Safari Marketing. In 2020, they have been a Product Manager, Product Design, and Growth Designer for Yooga.

Kawê Fauster graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo in 2018. In 2020, they obtained a Design Circuit - Product Designer certification from Design Circuit and a UX (Experiência do Usuário) e Design Thinking certification from Udemy.
