Michal Heker

Michal Heker has a diverse work experience in various roles. Michal started their career in 2008 as a Professional Dancer with the Israel Ballet. In 2013, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Michal worked as an Algorithm Engineer at Somatix Inc., where they developed algorithms. Michal then joined eyeSight Technologies in 2018 as an Algorithm Engineer, focusing on research and development of computer vision and deep learning algorithms. Currently, they work at YOOM as an Algorithm Engineer since 2020.

Michal Heker pursued their education in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Michal completed their Bachelor's Degree at Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2016. Building upon their undergraduate studies, they went on to obtain a Master's Degree in the same field from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2016 to 2020.
