Andrea Riva

Andrea Riva currently serves as the Global Director of Supply Chain Planning & Operational Excellence at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP since November 2021. Previously, Riva held the position of Senior Director of Business Transformation at Versace, where strategic definition and governance model implementation were key responsibilities. At Michael Kors, Riva advanced through various roles including Senior Director EMEA of Supply Chain Planning, focusing on Integrated Business Planning processes, and Director EMEA of Business Transformation & Project Management Office. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Accenture, Cameron, and Thule, with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma practices. Andrea Riva holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
