Mauro Cesare Pauli

Mauro Cesare Pauli has extensive experience in product and project management, currently serving as Lead Product Manager at YOOX NET-A-PORTER since June 2014. In this role, Mauro is responsible for defining product scope and coordinating workflows in the Finance and SRC departments with a strong focus on Security, Risk & Compliance. Previously, Mauro held positions such as Programme Delivery Manager and Agile Delivery Manager at YOOX, overseeing strategic tech initiatives and agile teams respectively. With a background in project management at YOOX Group and experience in backend infrastructure management at Dada, Mauro's career began as a software developer. Mauro holds a degree in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
