YORE was born in October 2020 within the University of Trento, thanks to four co-founders: Elisa Moretti, Niccolò Carlino, Nicolò Zecchinelli and Andrea Dalle Grave.

Our first product is a biotech-modified black ink, designed to improve the effectiveness of laser tattoo removal. By enhancing the ink’s ability to absorb laser energy, we reduce the number and intensity of sessions required—making the process more accessible and less invasive.

Alongside this, we are developing a microneedle patch that delivers a targeted active ingredient to extract traditional tattoo ink directly from the skin, offering a painless and non-invasive alternative to laser removal.
