Jos Holmes

Jos Holmes is a seasoned professional in climate action and community management, currently serving as a Climate Change Policy Officer at North Yorkshire County Council since January 2022. Concurrently, Jos holds the position of Local Authority Climate Action Co-ordinator at York & North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, focusing on supporting the development and implementation of Climate Action Plans across the region.
