Jeff Vermeulen

AVP, External Relations at York College Pennsylvania

Jeff Vermeulen is currently the AVP of External Relations at York College Pennsylvania. Prior to their current position, Jeff was the Manager of Business Development and Business Incubation at the University of South Florida Polytechnic. In this role, Jeff was responsible for forging and cultivating relationships with key public and private partners to further business goals and objectives. Jeff also launched the Blue Sky Technology Business Incubation System, which generated support for the incubators from regional economic development corporations and the Chamber of Commerce.

Before their time at the University of South Florida Polytechnic, Jeff served as the President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. In this role, they were the Chief Executive Officer of one of the largest Chambers of Commerce in Pennsylvania. Jeff directed and enhanced all Government, Corporate, and Media relations and built and maintained strong strategic partnerships with regional elected and appointed government officials. Jeff was also able to leverage their key relationships with the state and federal delegation to advance the Chamber’s legislative agenda and secure state and federal funding for the Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber.

Jeff Vermeulen received their Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and their Master of Science from Neumann University.
