Doug Hartley

Doug Hartley has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Associate Director of School Administration and Compliance for the York County School Division since August 1991, with prior roles as Assistant Principal and Teacher. In addition, Doug Hartley is an Adjunct Professor at Christopher Newport University, a position held since July 2020. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Virginia Tech, earned between 2002 and 2007, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University, obtained from 1991 to 1993, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Earth Science Teacher Education from Longwood University, completed in 1991.
