Susan Dilorenzo

Susan DiLorenzo has extensive experience in healthcare administration, specializing in registration and scheduling. As the Leader of Registration at York Hospital since December 2014, Susan demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively building relationships within the organization, managing staff, and implementing LEAN methodologies. Prior to this role, Susan managed a team of over 40 at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, where key achievements included enhancing customer service through training in telephone etiquette and resolving scheduling conflicts to meet patient needs.
