John Koonce

John Koonce has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate industry. John started their career as an Associate at Hunter and Associates in 1997 and worked there until 2003. John then joined Wakefield Associates as the Director of Retail Services, holding this role for four years. In 2007, John became the Senior Vice President at York Properties, where they currently work.

John Koonce attended Woodberry Forest School from 1988 to 1992. From 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and US History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
