Kathy Decker is a seasoned property manager with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Property Manager at York Properties since January 1996, Kathy has developed a robust skill set in property management. Previously, Kathy worked as a Property Management/Leasing Representative at Summit Management Company from 1990 to 1995. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Appalachian State University, which was completed between 1984 and 1988.
