Shien Victoria Zutshi

Shien Victoria Zutshi is the founder of Equilibrium by Design, a global creative consultancy based in Toronto, specializing in enhancing confidence and impact for individuals and organizations through innovative, research-backed methodologies. With experience as co-founder and creative director of QQW.to, advisory board member for Waterfront Awards, and head of international languages at York Region District School Board, Shien has a diverse background in education and consultancy, focusing on practical applications and community engagement. In addition, Shien co-created an NGO aimed at helping Arabic-speaking refugees learn Swedish and has collaborated with prestigious organizations such as the World Bank Group. Academic credentials include a Master of Education and ongoing studies in Counseling Psychology.
