Victoria Mirabelli

Victoria Mirabelli, CHRP, serves as a Recruitment Officer at York Region District School Board since September 2018, focusing on executing Human Resources strategies to meet the Board's business objectives and managing the recruitment and selection process for staff. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as a Recruitment Representative, where responsibilities included advising clients on hiring practices and coordinating interviews. Victoria's recruitment experience extends to Canada's Wonderland, where responsibilities included supervising recruitment teams and facilitating interviews, as well as a prior role as a Recruiter. Early experience at Longo's included customer service and bakery operations, complemented by a brief role as a Revision Assistant with Elections Ontario. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and has completed additional studies at the University of Surrey.
